The primary fund-raiser for the Catawba Valley Pottery and Antiques Festival, is the Friday night Preview Party. Held the Friday night before the main event, the Preview Party offers guests an early buying opportunity. Along with a preview of potters’ wares, a Southern supper (buffet style) is served and music is provided by the Sigmon Stringers. The Preview Party will be held at the Hickory Metro Convention Center Friday, March 22, 7:00pm to 10:00pm. (Southern Buffet 7-9PM). Tickets are $40.00 per person, and must be purchased in advance. Guests that are outside of the Catawba County area can order tickets now; tickets will not be received before March 1, 2013. Guests who reside locally can purchase tickets starting February 28, 2013. Tickets can be purchased by mailing in an order form (download PDF order form), or by calling 828-324-7294. No tickets are sold at the door. The last day to purchase tickets is March 15th; no exceptions, no refunds. |
